"Oliver was so charming and personable. It was lovely to see his home and we truly got to learn and make macarons from scratch. We really enjoyed every moment! Would highly recommend."

"Oliver’s place is amazing! And, even though macaroons are complicated to make, he does a great job of walking you through every step. I loved how he made sure every guest had an opportunity to try out every step and made sure they knew how to do it correctly before moving on."

Macarons at a local's place by the Eiffel tower

Join me for a macarons making class in my apartment, where I will teach you all the tricks to make one of the greatest French treats : Macarons !

First, you will choose the macaron flavours that we will make during the class. I will then show you the whole process from scratch, for you to be able to reproduce them at home. Feel free to ask questions all along the process, it's a great way to learn !

Once ready, we will pack your macarons into transport boxes for you to take away and enjoy as dessert or side to coffee. Macarons are always best eaten the next day, but it can be hard to wait.

By the time you leave this class, you will have all the knowledge needed, and access to the recipe, to reproduce them at home and spoil family and friends with these delicious treats.

Please note : While I regularly work with children as young as 5 for my crêpes making classes, macarons are complex, requiring significant dexterity to make properly, and are therefore not recommended for very young children.
If yours are particularly keen on cooking, and you think they will enjoy it, they will of course be welcome.

I look forward to seeing you soon in Paris !

Anchor Crepes

French Crêpes tea time class near the Eiffel Tower

Stop by for tea-time at my apartment, where we will make sweet crêpes, a classic mid-afternoon French treat. I'll show you the techniques and you'll be able reproduce them hands-on.

I will welcome you in the kitchen, living and dining room of my apartment, where I will introduce you to the equipment you'll be using, and tell you all about the right techniques to prepare a good dough. It's easier than it might sound!

While it rests, we will prepare the side for our crepes, before we cook and enjoy our crêpes.

You'll then have all the knowledge needed to reproduce them at will, wherever you may be.

About Oliver's Table

I have loved food forever, and cooking since I was five years old. At the age of 30, I decided to quit my job in order to live this passion full time and to share it beyond my circle of family and friends with people from all over the world.

I find French pastry challenging yet relaxing, I wish to share with you my experience and teach you all about it.
